A MANDATORY 2 DAY/10 HOUR CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSE
WHICH IS NECESSARY FOR THE 2012 LICENSE RENEWAL

When: Saturday October 1, 2011 sign in at 7:00 am
7:30 am—4:00 pm
Monday October 3, 2011 sign in at 5:00 PM
Cost: UCECA members $175.00 per person
Non-UCECA members $225.00 per person Non-CEU education only $100.00
Includes: Continental Breakfast and Buffet lunch Saturday, Buffet dinner Monday.

Possession a 2011 National Electrical Code Book or the corresponding 2011 Analysis of Changes.

Each person renewing their license needs to register for the “Change to the NEC 2011” course for (10) hours, held in (2) sessions of (5) hours each AND any combination of 24 hours of classes. Total Class hours of 10+24 hours = 34 hours of credit. The total class hours = total credit toward your NJ Lic. Other jurisdictions may differ, please refer to the course descriptions for credit hours. No refunds will be given, may change course if class is available.
Check off the courses you want to register for and return original form with full payment. Make a copy for your records. You must complete total hours for class to receive credit.
