Candels Estimating

Advantages To Working With Us

Advantage 1: The Candels team cares!

Candels has a vested interest in our customers’ success. We are always looking out for you; even if that means talking you out of bidding a job! Some jobs are just too risky to undertake and we would rather talk you out of a project than see you have problems due to insufficient documentation or scheduling constraints.

Advantage 2: Candels delivers value!

Candels offers a variety of services beyond take-offs. When Candels works on a project for you, we become a member of your team! We mentor when needed, and can assist in bid strategy, vendor negotiation, bid pricing, training, and so much more!

Advantage 3: Quick Turn Around

Candels has the staff to turn your projects around quickly and accurately! Having this staff enables us to complete even the largest of projects within your time frame. Most often, it is more cost effective to sub your estimating out to Candels, so your staff can focus on current projects.

Advantage 4: Real People

The Candels team is full of real people. We aren’t a faceless corporate machine or a one-man band. We are a team of real people ready to help you with all of your estimating needs. We’re here to help!

ATTENTION ELECTRICIANS!! INSTALLING GENERATORS?

Did you know that you can no longer install the gas piping required for a generator installation under the new state rule? You must now hire a HVARC contractor or plumber to perform this portion of the installation!

A new rule has been issued that requires that gas piping for generator installations be completed by a HVARC contractor or plumber.  The electrical contractor is NO LONGER allowed to perform this work!  Sign the petition to change this rule to allow electrical contractors to continue installing the gas piping for generators along with the rest of the installation!

Click here to view/sign the petition to repeal this new rule!
